Rayover Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs the use of the Rayover platform ("Service") provided by Rayover ("Company"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Overview of the Service

Rayover is a platform where users can share product reviews, participate in community discussions, and create or join small groups.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • All users must agree to these Terms to use the Service.
  • Minors must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Users must register with accurate personal information.
  • Sharing or impersonating accounts is prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.

4. User Content

  • Users retain rights to content they post.
  • By posting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for service operation and promotion.
  • Users are solely responsible for their content.

5. Community and Group Use

  • Users may create and manage groups and communities.
  • Group admins may set rules, which must comply with these Terms.
  • The Company may intervene in group operations if violations occur.

6. Blocking, Reporting, and Filtering

  • Users may block specific users to prevent interaction.
  • Inappropriate content or behavior may be reported for review.
  • The platform implements keyword filtering and automated moderation tools.

7. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or deletion without notice:

  • Harassment, hate speech, violence, or discrimination
  • Sexually explicit or harmful content
  • Spamming or malicious use of the system
  • Interfering with community operations

8. Software License (EULA)

  • Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the app and software for personal purposes only.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing the software is prohibited without written consent from the Company.

9. Service Modification and Suspension

  • The Company may temporarily or permanently modify or suspend the Service due to maintenance, legal, or technical reasons.
  • Repeated violations may result in account termination without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
  • Disputes between users should be resolved by the involved parties.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Company is located.
