Companies nowadays look for people who will not only be able to deliver (& think 'outside the box') but also possess integrity.

One firm did its background check just a few days ago and asked a long-time friend of mine if I possess integrity.

I'd say courage will help you in many different kinds of 'journeys' you'll embark on.

🌱 Moving Out of My Comfort Zone

Leaving my first company felt like the end — burnout, stress, and depression hit me hard. But that leap out of my comfort zone became the turning point. It led me to a new job, my husband, and eventually the family we prayed for. 💕

Pregnancy brought another relapse of anxiety and depression, worsened by stopping meds too soon. Hormones played a big role too. So to anyone struggling: please follow your doctor’s advice. 🙏

I’m still a work in progress, but every smile from my baby reminds me — stepping out of comfort, even through pain, made me the person I am today. 🌸
