When worry or anxiety behind to swell...
Call it diversions. For me, hearing my fave music to fill the silence (or taking a walk with earbuds) is fine, when worry or a bit of anxiety creeps in. If it's the radio, I just tune OUT of Senate/political news, coz I really can't stand politicians who think they're doing the country a whole lot of good, but are stuck on 'payback' (Robin Hood 🤨) or blindly following a leader they owe something.
