Sharing my points! If you were to relive January of this year again, what fitness or weight loss goal would you write as your goal of the year and write down 3 action plan steps to achieve it.

Gentle Movement First – Start with short daily walks while pushing the stroller, or light postpartum-safe workouts (like yoga or breathing exercises) to slowly regain stamina. 2. Balanced Eating, Not Restriction – Focus on nourishing meals that support recovery and breastfeeding (more veggies, lean protein, hydration), instead of harsh diets. 3. Im trying.. i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism that's when i figured out why it's very hard for me to reach my target weight.. atleast now i have meds to help assist my body
