Have you tried to redeem your rayover points?

Hi, I need help with my voucher redemption. I had around 6,000 points and redeemed some for a Jollibee voucher. The voucher indicated that it could be used only for July 13 since i redeem it today. However, when I tried to use the code, it said that the code had already been redeemed or was invalid. I also tried creating a Jollibee app account and entered the code there, but I received the same error. After that, I tried redeeming a voucher for GrabFood instead. My points were deducted, but I never received the voucher code. Since the redemption can't be reversed, I ended up losing my points without getting the code. Could someone help or explain to me what happened and would i still recover the voucher or restore my points? Thank you.
