Strength training for women ✅🏋️👌

And because we need to make a smart investment in health... I've allotted just enough of my savings for 3 months of strength training ~ at a gym near home, w/ zero joining fee. Paid just the gym fee. Oh & trainer's super approachable & attentive, concerned, and "practices what he preaches." He also gives informative insights -- like the fact that unless we activate/work out our muscles, all the protein we eat typically would not get used for body repair but would likely end up in the wrong places -- stored as abdominal fat (dangerous more than you care to admit) or other spots. To clarify - it doesn't preferentially go to the midsection. Other factors, like genetics, and of course the foodstuff (whole foods or crappy food?) you frequently consume, also come into play.
