Reflect then act

In that space is our power to choose our response." - Viktor Frankl In every situation, we have a time — it may be short or long, in some situation it will require you to leave to have that time for yourself. So, breath, reflect, analyze, and calm down. After all of that, that is when you respond. In that way, you will not act impulsively, the situation may not escalate, and you will not regret how you reacted over time.
