Is it normal?

To feel anxious and lost during 20s? I am 24 years old and I still dont have a job because i choose to take care of my mom. She's a stroke patient and I have no choice but to take care of her. My siblings insisted that they will give me allowance, but for me its not enough because I always spend it for groceries and needs of my mom, niece and nephew. We have loans also because of the hospital bills (my dad died because of cancer). I cant even buy what i want and need.
