BEING HAPPY IS LIKE A PLANT CONTINUOUSLY GROWING

‎Being happy means allowing the free, happy and simple child inside each of ‎us to live— having the maturity to say, "I was wrong" — having the audacity to say, ‎"forgive me". It is to have sensitivity in expressing, "I need you"— to have the ability of ‎saying, "I love you." So that your life becomes a garden full of opportunities of happiness ‎ ‎Our life is a precious gift from God, waking up each day is a reason to be happy. Smiling is often an indication of happiness. However, I believe it is how we reflect on bad decisions that we made and unpleasant events in our lives. Being happy is being able to realize that we are not victims in our problem. Instead we are the one who adapts to the situation and learns from the process. ‎ ‎For me being happy is like a plant that is continuously growing. Self-love is a way of providing a plant with the right nutrients, water, and sunlight. It’s about nurturing ourselves, understanding our needs, and being kind to ourselves. When we love ourselves, we develop resilience against negative environmental factors, much like how a well-cared-for plant can withstand harsh weather conditions. Self-love empowers us to face criticism constructively and view it as an opportunity for growth rather than a setback. ‎ ‎Just as plants might encounter storms, we too face challenges. This aptitude shows our strength and determination. With self-love as our foundation, we learn to prioritize our well-being, set boundaries, and make choices that align with our true selves. Loving ourselves is essential for growth and timeless happiness. It helps us thrive amidst adversity, adapt to our surroundings, and become the best versions of ourselves. Through self-love, we experience the essence of happiness and create a nurturing environment for our hearts and minds to flourish, much like a garden that is full of opportunities to grow and a spring with joy. 🌱🌻 ‎ ‎
