Just confirmed today that I have PCOS

It was my first time going to an OB-GYN clinic. I was referred by my dermatologist. For the past two months, I had been scared to go there. Today, I finally went, and it was quite traumatizing. 😅 After looking at the results, the doctor confirmed that I have PCOS. I wasn't shocked at all. I've had severe acne since I started menstruating, but deep inside, I was hoping it wasn't PCOS. The doctor didn't prescribe me any pills because she knew I still have a lot of medication to take for my acne. All I need to do is balance my diet and exercise regularly. I'm still concerned about my future, though. I just hope I'll be able to have children without any difficulties.
