One of my favorite scenes from Moana. In this scene, Moana sings a beautiful song that carries such a powerful reminder: They may have stolen the heart from inside you But this does not define you This is not who you are You know who you are Life can be heavy. People, pain, and the world around us can leave wounds we never asked for. There are moments when we feel lost, broken, or far from the person we used to be. But even in the middle of all that, I hope you never forget this - - what happened to you does not change the goodness within you. So when life feels too loud and too heavy, come back to your heart. Be still. Listen closely. And remember who you are. 💚
