Adopting a fit mindset
Because I know daily brisk walking isn't enough, I took the time to check out a free trial for a 30-minute full body workout -- that includes a weight-bearing exercise -- near my home ~ Curves Magnolia near the main mall where I buy groceries & snacks/beverages. I think I can devise a simple weight training regimen at home. Women definitely need to supplement walking with strength training not only to strengthen bones and avoid age-related muscle loss, but also for the added payoff: overall long-term health đđ
