Pork Batchoy
I cooked this last Saturday with the pig's blood i set aside from the dinuguan. First time ko mag luto ng batchoy with pig's blood pero successful naman. nasarapan naman sila. basta dapat pala madaming ginger Dapat stew and simmer lang sya.. un parang gisa lang ng ginger and other aromatics pero gusto ni koya yun pinapalabas muna ang mantika ng pork. Kaya ayan prito muna c pork sa sarili nyang mantika.. Wala lang... share ko lang hahaha Happy Tuesday
