Chia & yogurt for a healthy treat

Been wanting to have a healthy snack that includes fiber-laden chia seeds. Saw this pic on theworktop.com, spurring me to action (have the ingredients at hand 🤗). So with 2 tbsp chia and 1/2 cup almond or regular milk to be mixed w/ yogurt (Let it sit for 20 min. because chia seeds expand and absorb liquid), my healthy treat is underway. Instead of strawberries - since I don't have strawb-- I'd add split cashew nuts instead. It's something my tummy & overall health will thank me for 💚
