Normal na ba?

Normal na ba talaga sa mga couples ngayon na madalang na sa intimacy time? Yes, I mean 5ex. Normal na ba na halos once or twice (kung seswertehin 🤔) a month nlang? For context, 36y/o ako and jowa ko is late twenties. Medyo malaki age gap namin kasi ang loko hindi sinabi totoong age nya nung nasa getting-to-know-each-other stage palang kami lol. Pero we've been together almost 7 years (7th anniv next month) and yes nung una (like until the 2nd or 3rd-ish year) active naman like as in halos 3-4x a week. Bilang sa dalawang kamay ko. I can't help overthinking which is probably making it way worse for me, pero, ayun nga. Normal na ba talaga to for couples who have been together as long as we have, and taking into consideration the ages? Ewan ko. Overthinking lang na nman siguro tonight.
