Dear God, No more toxic leaders pls

Really hoping I won't encounter one like that again. In the BPO setting, making matters worse is mangungutang pa at ang bayad after 6 months, pagkatapos ng endless reminders 😵‍💫 The "playing favorites" part, well, that happens all the time. Most recently, and acknowledged by at least 5 other people in our team, yung "two-faced" (and at the same time OA) ang na-experience ko recently.
