I just want to share this....

Hi. I know this is a safe space, so I'd like to share something that's been on my mind. The past few months have been emotionally heavy for many Filipinos. We've witnessed political uncertainty, the tragic passing of athletes, heartbreaking incidents involving young lives, and an endless stream of news and reactions on social media. Every day, we're watching, reading, scrolling. The information never seems to stop. Along with it come opinions, emotions, debates, judgments, and noise. So much noise. I want to be clear: this is not about dismissing anyone's grief, especially the families and loved ones who have experienced unimaginable loss. Their pain is real, and it deserves compassion. What I've been struggling with is how social media often sensationalizes real people, real emotions, and real stories. Sometimes it feels as though the more a tragedy is shared, analyzed, and debated, the more it loses its intimacy. The private moments of grief become public content. The human story becomes a headline. The pain becomes something people consume. And somewhere along the way, sympathy can turn into judgment. Compassion can become outrage. People begin taking sides, overanalyzing, comparing, and arguing, while the individuals at the center of the tragedy are still trying to process their loss. Maybe that's why I've been missing privacy lately. I miss the quiet space where people can grieve, heal, and feel without an audience. I miss when not every emotion had to be shared, explained, defended, or turned into content. I don't know if I'm expressing this perfectly. Maybe by posting this, I'm adding to the noise too. But these are my honest thoughts, and I felt the need to share them. #takingonebreathatatime #sensoryoverload #toomuchfeelings
