On redeeming..

Bn trying to redeem my reward 2hrs earlier but, it seemed the validation button was stuck. After a few tries, repeating the same process,.. still, the same scenario. So I sent an email. Hope they fix it. Thank YOU RAYOVER, this is my 3rd reward! (..it helps a lot!)
