Oat Milk

Not all beverages are created equal. Oat milk, with your usual coffee, or with lotsa ice during a scorchingly hot day, can be a cooling, refreshing drink. Found a reasonably priced unsweetened option in Shopee -- Australia's Own. The plant-based alternative to dairy provides calcium & sustained energy, and is lactose-free. There's Oatside and So Good brands, too. Then again, you can also find these latter two at the supermarket. Enjoy your drink, whatever that may be. I'll enjoy mine ~ minus the sugar ✓👍
