kids should dress like KIDS

i genuinely think kids should be allowed to look like kids. i have nothing against parents wanting their children to look stylish, or well dressed, but sometimes i see outfits that feel more suited for adults than for actual children. i just feel like there's no need to rush them into looking older than they are when they already have their entire lives ahead of them to dress and present themselves as adults. let them enjoy the colorful and age appropriate stage of childhood while they can. maybe it's just me, but childhood is such a short part of life, and i think kids deserve to experience it without constantly trying to make them look more grown up
