Alarming Brutality

Without giving shade to political colors, I had expressed alarm over recent separate instances of young individuals under 18, bearing guns & blade, seriously harming (& resulting to some fatalities) other young school kids. As the saying goes, "it takes a community to raise a child," but apparently there had been misguidance, or upbringing gone wrong, and interventions missed, as far as the Tacloban shooting & the knife-wielding incident in another place are concerned.
