How to be Energized
Been diagnose of PCOS/PMOS since 2018. My weight then was 60 and made it to 50kg. Now I cannot even do some exercise maybe because of chronic fatigue. I want to do some movement but my body keeps putting itself to bed. My weight went back to 60kg plus 3kg 😩 Any advise what can I do to make my body productive?
