3-in-1 tea beverage

Got sample of this at the supermarket and I kinda liked it. After finishing the pack, though, I looked t the label... Had more sugar than a typical beverage sachet. Reminded me to READ the label first next time around before consuming 😆 coz as we age, all sort of ailments - sugar-related, sodium-related, cholesterol-related -- creep up on us, showing up in medical test results, and sending us into a frenzy 😵‍💫
