Japanese Fave
I really love Japanese food, 'specially w/ miso soup. Not only does Jap food like sushis, sashimi and salmon appeal to my palate ~ they're also packed with Omega-3s for a heart health boost and good eye & brain functioning; protein (being raw or minimally cooked); iodine and magnesium. Such Jap food is definitely for savoring! As w/ most eats, however, best to consume (even your fave foods) in moderation.
