Training Your Mind
I stumbled into this practice by a healthy lifestyle guru as I browsed online while waiting for a friend at the mall: You can train your mind before the rest of the world (socmed, office chatter, etc.) begins overwhelming you with lotsa info and noise. How? Strive or do your best to start the day with a positive thought, and it may follow you for the rest the day. For example, if you let "Purpose" be your first thought, the day would align towards that. On the other hand, if you let your first thoughts hover around uncertainty, stress, worry or distraction, you may feel like driftwood ~ just floating around đ« đ”âđ«đ«©
