Matilda Cake

If u know the movie Matilda there's a scene where a bully teacher eats a cake and fed if to a chubby boy. By the looks of the cake, it's humongous but delicious at the same time... Super moist and rich. This is the recipe and I think the only thing missing is the sour milk. Which is curdled milk by mixing milk and vinegar.. I'm still in bed rn pero I'll repost the whole recipe, ingredients and instructions later..
