Ingredients: Somen / Wheat noodles Ponzu Cucumber Raw white onion Ginger Wasabi Seaweed (dehydrated / what's used in miso soup) Steps: Boil water on a pot Put your egg on boiling water for 6 minutes Prep your seaweed, cut in small pieces and put in a bowl with water Remove the egg Put the noodles on boiling water Strain after 2-3 minutes Rinse noodles on running water Remove water from seaweeds Assemble your toppings Put your ponzu Add 50-80 ml cold water / hot water depending on your taste. Put wasabi Enjoy girlies 🍜
