Is this still my pruning season?

Lately I felt that I'm losing it, I am always available for them,but no one dare to even ask if I'm still ok. I never felt that I belong to any circle. I just want to be heard...i just want to be alive. I'm losing my grip the grind is tiring the cycle too...
