Life in the Province: Realizations
There's something special about province life, the fresh air, peaceful surroundings, simplicity, and simple joys that city life often overlooks. Growing up, I saw this through my late grandfather who was a farmer. He spent countless days under the sun, working hard to provide for his family and help feed others. But with farms becoming buildings and roads, that charm is slowly fading. It's sad that the people who grow our food often face hardships, knowing that many farmers, who work tirelessly to feed communities, often struggle to earn a decent living here, while farmers in other countries receive better support and opportunities. As the fields fade, a piece of our heritage fades with them. May we never forget the hands that feed us.
