Being a new first time mother, newly separated, and all postpartum effects, will really take a toll on your mental health. Navigating motherhood, heartbreak and postpartum is incredibly difficult, and I am sinking. I will try my best to fight for my daughter, but I can also feel that I am having a hard time 🥹
