A Fruity Thought 💚🧡❤️
Ever heard about fruit mono meal? Or opting for a single fruit in one instance, a different one at the next instance. May be helpful for nutrient absorption, energy level increase, & so on. It may not be suited for all... (Certainly not or those w/ nutritional deficiencies, I guess...) But it boils down to fruit being easy to digest, moreso if it's the same type. There are mixed reactions to a mono meal, 'specially for people who just need to consume a whole lot of food in different forms, textures and flavors, all in 1 sitting. The upside is in consuming good food (like a fruit in its natural state) that's unprocessed & untainted by additives. If you've experienced decision-making fatigue when planning out & preparing meals for your fam, fruits (and veggies, of course) are the way to go. Fruits are loaded w/ vitamins & minerals, they help inch your way to wellness. If you have specific health issues, though, like needing to avoid sugar, be mindful of the sugar content of certain fruits before eating 👌🍓🍍🍎🥭🍊🍇🍌
