Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay

I remember that guy sang "Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay" the first time we went out together. Pinaulit ulit ko pa yung song na yun before kasi akala ko eto na yun. Sobrang meaningful pero did not work out in the end. I learned a lot from that relationship. Recently, may narelease na cover nung song by Karylle and The Passport Holders. It sounds different. Ngayon, I realized na the person I'm actually waiting for is myself. Ngayon, I've been learning to love myself more than other people. Masyado ko atang na-embody before yung trabaho ko na I always take care of others and give to them na at some point di ko na nabigyan ng pansin yung sarili ko. Nauubos na pala ako sa kakaintindi, kakaalaga, at kakabigay sa ibang tao. Ngayon, I'm trying to establish better boundaries to ensure na I can give service to others but still keep myself intact.
