Lazy Partners

Hi Ladies! To those people who have lazy arrogant husbands/ partners / boyfriends, how did you handle them? How did you guys stay so long in a relationship where the supposed to be leader of the household cannot step up to the plate? Personally, I left because I couldn't handle it. But for those who stayed, how dis you handle said manchild?
