Any tips on losing double chin

Hi!! may pwede ba gawin to lose the double chin that doesn't require going to a clinic?? I'm fairly on the skinny side but yung face ko huhu may double chin na tagal kona tinatry alisin but doesn't rlly work for meee. Any recommendations??
