Isa sa mga triggers ko yung mga taong nagcau-cause ng uncomfortability ko. I used to bottled up all my emotions. Hindi ako nag sasalita or nag rereact but because of that inaatake ako ng anxiety ko. Siguro kung based sa experience ko, the best thing you need to do is to speak up and remove those people in your life. Find ways that will make you busy and enjoy life. Uulitin lang kase nila lahat kaya much better if malalayo ka sa mga taong nagti-trigger ng anxiety mo at wag mo ipunin lahat ng emotion mo.
