The guilt lingers

These days I feel bad for not keeping my mouth shut about my complaints about my current job. I lost interest in this company the first month mainly because of the unfair salary rate—I felt pressured to sign the contract because my employer and the person who referred me are both my co-volunteers at Church. I failed to be more prepared than I had anticipated. Madami din akong nalaman na mga unfair usual situation between the employer and the employee that has been the norm for five years na. With that being said, parang I'm being the reason to wake up my coworkers to stop tolerating those unfair situations and to just find another job instead. Pero kaso although hindi ko intention eh baka naman mag close na yung center dahil nga eh lahat kami eh mag alisan na. Mali ko ba na nag padala ako sa underpaid-and-overworked situation ko para maging matamlay ang work performance and ma-encourage mga coworkers ko to consider leaving the company na din?
