I just saw this foreign movie where the idea, "Can there be healing without meds and without labels?" was left for the audience to figure out. At an age when a growing number of people feel anxious (whether about family/relationship problems, work, health issues, finances, or everything all at once), do medications and disorder labels really pave the path to healing? From the filmmaker's perspective, human interaction, real-life conversations (w/ fam members, close friends, other people who care), empathy for others, activities like dance are the natural remedies that can help anxious or troubled individuals get back on track.
