Is omad diet good for someone with pcos po? I was diagnosed with pcos po kasi, ang reco sakin nung last check up ko is lose weight, regular exercise, and diet kasi overweight ako, naging every other month yung period ko that time but then I became busy sa school lalo na these past few months kasi graduating. So, di ko na siya nasusunod and last period ko pa ay nung january pa, yung ginagawa ko kasing diet dati is no meat but then, kinda expensive siya kasi wheat bread, lettuce, and other greens. So, I am thinking if omad will work? Since I am busy din naman or it will stress my body more?
