PCOS (PMOS) girly

I've been diagnosed with this since 2020 and it's been six years that doctors told me to take pills but it has different side effects. 4 OBGYN'E's, 4 pills. It's hard to loss some weight, I wanted my body back. I did everything that I had to do but it's not even working.
