Hi sissy's have you tried IF? Coz i just wanna share my experience with intermittent fasting has been a journey of discipline and self-discovery. At first, adjusting to the eating window was challenging, but over time my body adapted. I became more mindful of what I eat, felt more in control of my cravings, and noticed improvements in my energy levels. While everyone's experience is different, intermittent fasting has taught me the value of consistency and making healthier choices every day.
