Devotion
Tomorrow, I’ve been feeling really overstimulated, so I decided to spend time in devotion and you know what? It really helps ease my stress and brings me so much comfort. I wanted to share this little moment with all of you. If you ever feel lonely, overwhelmed, or heavy-hearted, just pray, or write down every single worry weighing on your mind. Choose to do things that make you happy, calm your soul, and make you feel like you again, it truly helps release all those built-up worries and feelings. Also, please remember, it is absolutely okay to feel whatever you are feeling. Your emotions are valid, whether they are sad, angry, tired, confused, or even empty. You don’t have to force yourself to be okay all the time. But even on your hardest days, always remember to keep going, one small step at a time. Be gentle with yourself, you are doing the best you can. Protect your peace, protect your heart, and most importantly, protect your mental health, girlies. You matter so much, and your well-being comes first. I hope you’re doing okay today, and if you aren’t, it’s okay too—this feeling won’t last forever.
