I just want to share

I applied for college state univ and sadly did not passed kahit sa reapplication b'coz naubusan ng slot however I'm hoping for miracle. There is same as my number with just the last two numbers interchanged. Idk if I should inquire. I can't share this to anyone i know, they expect me to get into that school.
