Diet tips pls
Hellooo as a trentahin girlie + single momma ang hirap maging consistent sa diet 😠I'm currently at 60kg. Ang target and ideal weight ko (based from my BMI) is 50kg. May i know some dietary advice that effectively works for someone like me who cannot go to the gym? Di rin ako pwede matagal nang mawala sa bahay since walang mag-aasikaso kay bagets. I want to lose weight kasi i want to feel and move lighter, and of course i want to be able to take care of my kid longer. Thank you in advance for those who will share 🤗
