Studio Saira Architecture & Interiors was founded in 2019 after Saira left the corporate world to pursue her own architectural practice. Shortly after, the pandemic began, bringing the world to a sudden pause during the COVID lockdowns. At the same time, she was pursuing her master’s degree at the Rhode Island School of Design. While much of the world slowed down, she spent her time studying, designing, and gradually creating educational architecture content online. Through her videos, she aimed to make architecture feel more relatable and easier to understand — especially during a period when people became more conscious of the spaces they lived in every day. As the years passed, both her architectural practice and online platform grew alongside each other. Today, through Studio Saira Architecture & Interiors, she works on residential architecture, commercial spaces, ground-up projects, and interior design, while continuing to share architecture online in a way that feels approachable for homeowners, clients, and aspiring architects alike.
