Kakatapos lang ng one week ko with a meal plan na ginawa ko with chatgpt. So far I lost 1.5kg Tapos kain pa ko nang kain. Lunch: ulam of your choice and 1/2 cup rice Snacks: yogurt with banana Dinner: sopas without macaroni with 1 boiled egg
