Week 2 Food Prep: High Protein Ulit 💪

Hi girlsss, week 2 na tayo ng food prep! Good for 4 days lang to kasi mag leave ako sa friday 🥳 So bali ang ginawa ko is yung dalawa.. ginawa kong sisig and the other two is bistek naman. Kada portion is merong 500cal with 90g protein 💪 Di ba last week nag gulay ako, hindi ko sya nagustuhan huhu so bali ang gagawin ko is everyday na lang ako mag prep ng gulay like pipino, carrots and kamatis then sasamahan ko sya ng 3 boiled egg and saging na saba for breakfast. #FoodPrep #HighProtein #HealthyEating #FitnessJourney #CalorieDeficit #GymGirl #MealPrepIdeas
