How do you break free from a relationship that doesn’t even feel like a relationship anymore? I’m not a confrontational person, so I genuinely don’t know how to start that conversation without feeling guilty or scared. There’s no huge fight— it just feels emotionally gone already, and tired of bringing up the same things that needed to be addressed. There's no partnership, i feel like I'm doing everything alone. For people who’ve been through this, how did you finally bring it up? And how did you deal with the guilt afte rward?
