Recipe for mango mochi

* 1¼ cup glutinous rice flour * 1 cup coconut milk * ¼ cup water * 2 tbsp cornstarch * 1½ tbsp butter * 4–5 tbsp sugar * diced ripe mango * whipped cream (tamad na magmixer) * 2 drops vanilla extract Optional: can make a dip with smashed mango and cream Medyo soft pa yung mochi hehe first time making mga ganto ~ pero yummy naman quick lang gawin
