Overexplaining.
Overexplaining in a relationship usually comes from feeling emotionally unsafe. You start explaining every reaction, every boundary, every change in tone because you’re scared your feelings will be invalidated or turned against you. Healthy love doesn’t make you feel like you constantly need to defend your emotions just to be treated gently. How exhausting it is to overexplain yourself in relationships. You shouldn’t have to write essays just to prove you care, justify your feelings, or explain why something hurt you. The right person listens for understanding, not for loopholes.
