Caloy left, the puddle on my commute didn't

Caloy entered PAR on Saturday and was gone by Monday, which felt almost polite for a typhoon. The thing is, it left water on my route. There's a corner near the terminal that still hasn't drained, and this morning I stood in it ankle-deep, already sweating because the heat index is back up. PAGASA still has the 10 AM to 4 PM stay-out-of-the-sun advisory, which is funny when your commute doesn't check the clock. So I did the detour around the puddle, then the slow walk to the MRT, and honestly I wasn't emotionally prepared to do the flood version and the sweat version of one commute in the same hour.
